Authorizing the City Manager to enter into and execute a six-year contract between Eagleview Technologies, formerly known as Pictometry International, and the City of Laredo in an annual amount of $122,775.00 and for the total contract value of $736,650.00 to provide digital aerial imagery for the City of Laredo and Webb County. The contract includes six (6) flights (one every year). The aerial images will be used by 9-1-1 Regional Database and Mapping personnel, as well as the Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP's) to enhance the existing level of service. Pictometry International is a Sole Source vendor, and funding is available in the Regional 9-1-1 Fund.
