A 0.1417-acre (6,172 sq. ft) corner lot, more or less, conveyed to Meuchadim of Texas, LTD, recorded in volume 5537, pages 0806, official public records, Webb County, Texas, situated in Lot 1, Block 22, W.D. within the City of Laredo, Webb County Texas. Parcel is being more particularly described and depicted in "Exhibit A". Provided for an effective date. Funding is available in the Bridge Construction Fund and 2025 Certificate of Obligation Bond.
