Authorizing the City Manager to donate vehicles to Zapata County Sheriff’s Office, Crystal City Police Department, and Laredo Independent School District (LISD) Police Department. The City of Laredo donates these vehicles as is and does not assume any liability associated with its use after it has been transferred. These vehicles have been fully depreciated and have minimal or no value.
