Authorizing the City Manager to award a contract to sole-source vendor ACT Pipe & Supply, Laredo, Texas, in an amount up to $658,121.80 for the purchase of iHydrants, wet barrel smart caps, adapters, retrofit kits, and related equipment for the City of Laredo Utilities Department through BuyBoard Contract No. 791-26. The equipment will support system optimization, modernization, improved monitoring, and operational efficiency within the water distribution system. Funding is available in the 2022 Water Revenue Bond.
