Consideration for approval of FY25-ENG-08 City of Laredo Health Department Site Accessibility Upgrades Project as complete, including all warranty certificates, release of retainage, and final payment in the amount of $21,108.98 to Quantcorp Construction, LLC, Laredo, Texas and approval of change order no. 1 in a decrease of $20,228.95. The final construction contract amount is $425,131.38. Funding is available in the 2017 Certificate of Obligation Bond, 2023 Certificate of Obligation Bond, and Public Health Fund- EMS Waiver Funds.
