Section A: Body Shop Repairs for Cars and Light Duty Trucks to Lozano’s Body Shop Repairs, Laredo, Texas in a two-year amount of $700,000.00 and $1,050,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; 2. Section B: Body Shop Repairs for Medium to Heavy Duty Trucks to Lozano’s Body Shop Repairs, Laredo, Texas in a two-year amount of $150,000.00 and $225,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; 3. Section A: Body Shop Repairs for Cars and Light Duty Trucks to South Texas Auto Rebuilders, Laredo, Texas in a two-year amount of $200,000.00 and $300,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; 4. Section B: Body Shop Repairs for Medium to Heavy Duty Trucks to South Texas Auto Rebuilders, Laredo, Texas in a two-year amount of $600,000.00 and $900,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; This contract establishes service providers with hourly service rates and a percentage markup on parts utilized during city vehicle repairs. All repair services will be purchased on an as-needed basis. The term of these contracts shall be for a period of two years beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. These contracts can be renewed three additional one year extension periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.
