Authorizing the City Manager to donate a 2006 American LeFrance from the Laredo Fire Department to the Municipality of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. The vehicle will be donated “as is,” and the City of Laredo shall assume no liability for its use following transfer. The 2006 American LeFrance, formerly designated as Unit #199, has been fully depreciated and holds minimal or no monetary value.
