Authorizing the City Manager to donate a 1999 Spartan Aerial Truck from the Laredo Fire Department to the Municipality of Corregidora, Queretaro, Mexico. The vehicle will be donated “as is,” and the City of Laredo shall assume no liability for its use following transfer. The 1999 Spartan Aerial Truck, formerly designated as Unit #129, has been fully depreciated and holds minimal or no monetary value.
