Consideration to approve Memorandums of Understanding between Laredo College and the City of Laredo to establish a cooperative and mutually beneficial partnership for the reciprocated use of each other's facilities during times of disaster, local emergency, or campus reunification efforts, and any other emergency matter affecting their corresponding jurisdictions. These agreements will remain in effect for five years upon approval and signatures from all parties, unless terminated by mutual agreement from either party at any time with 30 days' written notice. There is no financial impact.
