Consideration to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract RFP#2026-022 with Anubis Engineering, Inc. for project management and program management support services for Utilities Department Water and Wastewater capital improvement projects in an amount not to exceed $470,100.00. The initial term of the contract shall be for one year from the date of execution with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods subject to mutual agreement and the availability of appropriated funds. Funding is available in the Waterworks Fund - 2024 Water Revenue Bond.
