Amending the City of Laredo Land Development Code Section 24.63, entitled “Permitted Land Uses”, to clarify that Flammable and Explosive Products are allowed in M-2 zoning district and in M-1 zoning districts with a special use permit, providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative, providing for severability clause, and providing for publication and effective date.
