1. Discussion with possible action to move forward with a design-build bidding process for trail enhancements to the Shiloh Hike and Bike Trails based on the Concept Plan and cost estimates delivered by Rock Solid Trails, LLC in December 2024. Funding will be made available with District 6 Priority Funds not to exceed $500,000 and District 8 Priority Funds not to exceed $270,000, and any other matters incident thereto, including the possibility of re-evaluating the use of the 2023 Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) Grant for the Shiloh Hike and Bike Trails, pending TPWD approval.
