Discussion with possible action authorizing the City Manager of the City of Laredo to waive the fees (sponsor) for the use of Sames Auto Arena on August 9, 2025 for THE DIOCESE OF LAREDO'S 25 year Anniversary Mass and for law enforcement escort/traffic control for a Eucharistic Adoration procession to be held on Saturday March 31, 2025; and any matter incident thereto.
