2. Discussion with possible action to initiate a parking permit program for the Khaledi Heights subdivision in light of increasingly difficult parking concerns related to Alexander High School students to ensure adequate access to residences, driveways and mailboxes, and also to grant the City Manager permission to enter into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the United Independent School District (UISD) if he sees fit to help facilitate better parking solutions together, within the bounds of the law and City charter, and any other matters incident thereto.
