Authorizing the City Manager to award a contract for the Sombreretillo 12-Inch Forcemain Project and the Panamerican Lift Station Elimination Project to the sole bidder, Spiess Construction Company, Inc. of El Paso, Texas, in the amount of $5,223,775.00, for the provision of all necessary machinery, equipment, labor, supervision, and related appurtenances required for the projects. Funding for this project is available from the 2024 Sewer Revenue Bond.
