Ratifying the execution of a service agreement between the City of Laredo Detoxification and Dr. Joe Sowunmi for services necessary within scope of practice for appropriate treatment of City of Laredo Detoxification Department patients with pharmacy oversight in the amount of not to exceed $60,000.00 per year. With consideration to extend contract for two additional, one-year term periods upon mutual agreement of both parties. Funding is available in the Detoxification budget.
