Consideration to renew contract FY23-034 with Tovar Landscaping, Laredo, Texas in an annual amount of $42,200.00 and for the contract value of $168,800.00 for the maintenance of Manadas Creek by North Central. There was no price increase during the last extension period. The term of this contract was for a period of one year and has the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, upon mutual agreement of both parties. This is the second of three extension periods. Renewal term shall commence on June 1, 2025. Funding is available in the Environmental Services Fund.
