Authorizing the City Manager to execute a purchase agreement with Nueces Power Equipment of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the acquisition of three Case 575N EP Tractor Loader Backhoes. The total purchase amount is $279,960.04, to be procured through the CNH Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract No. 011723. These units will replace three existing ones that have reached the end of their useful life. Funding for this purchase is available in the Sewer System Fund- 2024 Sewer Revenue Bond.
