Authorizing the appointment and ratification of the City’s representative and the board’s representative for the Board Members of the Laredo Center for Urban Agriculture and Sustainability(LCUAS). As per the bylaws, these members will serve until March 31, 2028. Directors 1-5 are nominated by the City Manager, and Directors 6-11 are nominated by the Board.
