Public Hearing and discussion on the voluntary annexation and initial zoning of M-1 (Light Manufacturing District) on a tract of land totaling 8.55 acres, more or less, as described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit “A”, and known as Annexation Tract 5 (All Carriers Tract) located south of FM 1472 and southeast of Thiesel Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the annexation and initial zoning. Staff supports the annexation and initial zoning. AN-005-2024 District VII - Cm. Vanessa Perez
