The purchase of this vehicle shall be made utilizing the TIPS USA Purchasing Program, Contract No. 240901. Funding is available in the 2022 Certificate of Obligation Bond, 2023 Certificate of Obligation Bond, and 2024 Certificate of Obligation Bond.
