Consideration to award a construction contract to the sole, responsible, responsive bidder ALC Construction Co., Laredo, Texas, in the amount not to exceed $1,361,278.00 for the City of Laredo - Riverbend Hike & Bike Trail Project - Phase 1 Rebid Project for the total base bid and alternate #4, which includes removing asphalt and replacing with concrete. Construction contract time is 120 working days. Funding is available in the Environmental Services Fund- Riverbend Grant and 2019 Certificate of Obligation Bond. 1.
