Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance (Map) of the City of Laredo by authorizing a special use permit for a Tobacco Shop on Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 1372, Eastern Division, located at 2419 East Saunders Street, Suite 107 (1379.04 square feet).
