Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Toll Collection System Maintenance Service Contract between the City of Laredo and TransCore, L.P. (sole source vendor), for the hardware and software maintenance of the Laredo Bridge System Electronic Toll Collection equipment. This maintenance service contract is for a term of one year, subject to future budget appropriations, effective April 1, 2025 in the amount of $1,005,946.00 with the option to renew four additional, one-year terms unless terminated by either party. This is the second extension of four. Funding is available in the Laredo Bridge System Fund.
