Authorizing the City Manager and/or his designee to enter into a renewed lease agreement with St. Patrick’s Church for property located at 555 E. Del Mar Blvd. for a five-year term beginning October 1, 2025 through September 1, 2030, with an annual rental rate set at $1.00, one dollar and no cents. Funds will be deposited into General Fund.
