Authorizing the City Manager to select Ardurra Group, Inc. as the most qualified candidate from the FY25-076 Request for Qualifications for professional engineering services to provide design, bidding, and limited construction services for the development of consulting services for manholes rehab specification; and to award a contract to Ardurra Group, Inc. in the amount of $132,060.00 to prepare plans, specifications, and guidelines for manholes rehabilitation. Funding is available in the Sewer System Fund - 2022 Sewer Revenue Bond.
