Authorizing the City Manager to select SWCA Environmental Consultants as the most qualified candidate from the FY25-077 Request for Qualifications for professional environmental & archaeological services to provide natural and cultural resources field surveys, reporting, and permit support services for a future sewer line collector installation; and to award a contract to SWCA Environmental Consultants in the amount of $140,540.00 to prepare an environment & archaeological surveys for the Northwest River Sewer Collector. Funding is available in the Sewer System Fund - 2022 Sewer Revenue Bond.
