Consideration to award contract FY25-082 to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder Midas Contractors, Laredo, Texas in an amount up to $114,500.00 for the purchase and installation of a water irrigation system at Villa Del Sol Park median for the Parks and Recreation Department. The vendor shall provide all required equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and appurtenances to complete this turnkey project. Funding is available in the 2023 Certificate of Obligation Bond District 3 Priority Funds.
