Authorizing the City Manager to ratify a purchase order in the amount of $343,000.00 to Rain for Rent for an emergency contract. This contract was necessary to install a 36-inch wastewater bypass line in order to prevent raw sewage from discharging into the Rio Grande River and to maintain sewer flow to the South Laredo Wastewater Treatment Plant. Funding for this contract is available through the Sewer System Fund - 2022 Sewer Revenue Bond.
