Authorizing the City Manager to ratify a purchase order in the amount of $515,000.00 to SAL Construction Management for an emergency contract. This contract was necessary to repair a 36-inch sewer line break that occurred on September 26, 2025 and to replace 2 existing Manhole repairs. The emergency work ensured continuous sewer service to the South Laredo area. Funding for this contract is available in the 2022 Sewer Revenue Bond.
