Consideration to renew annual service contracts FY24-103 with the following vendors: 1). R&S Inspection Center, Laredo, TX in an annual amount up to $30,000.00 and $60,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; 2). Rotex Truck Center, Laredo, TX in an annual amount up to $20,000.00 and $40,000.00 for the remainder of the contract term; to provide safety inspection services for all Non-DOT and DOT medium size fleet vehicles. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This contract can be extended for two additional one-year periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. All services will be purchased on an as needed basis. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.
