Consideration for approval of FY24-ENG-19 CDBG Poggenpohl Street Sidewalk Project as complete, including all warranty certificates, release of retainage, and final payment in the amount of $17,016.00 to Capstone Industrial Services, LLC, Lake Jackson, Texas and approval of change order no. 1 in an increase of $4,222.00. The final construction contract amount is $132,162.00. Funding is available in the Community Development Fund, 2022 and 2024 Certificate of Obligations Bonds.
