The City Manager is hereby authorized to approve Change Order No. 1, which includes a credit in the amount of $50,000.00 for the elimination of cathodic protection and an extension of the contract time by 90 working days. This change order is necessary due to additional work not specified in the original contract with Southern Trenchless Solutions for the 36-inch Water Transmission Main from Zacate Creek to Lyon Booster Station. With approval of this change order, the total contract amount will be $9,775,340.00, and the contract duration will be extended to 270 working days. Funding for this contract is available through the Waterworks Fund- 2022 Water Revenue Bond.
