Authorizing City Manager to approve the Professional Engineering Services contract with Crane Engineering Corporation of Laredo, Texas in the amount of $266,500.00 for the Design and Preparation of Plans, Specifications, Cost Estimates services for the Water and Wastewater Improvements for Vallecillos Road Project. Funding is available in the Waterworks Fund- 2024 Water Revenue Bond and the Sewer System Fund- 2024 Sewer Revenue Bond.
