Consideration to renew annual service contract number FY22-077 with Airstream Professional Misting Systems, Laredo, Texas in an annual amount of up to $160,000.00 for lawn maintenance services for various parks & recreation centers. These services shall be purchased on an as-needed basis. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This contract can be renewed for one additional one-year extension period, also at the annual rate of $160,000.00 upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in General Fund-Parks and Recreation Department.
