Consideration to authorize the City Manager to amend the policy for the City of Laredo Health Department Public Health Provider - Charity Care Program to comply with Rule §355.8215 of the Texas Administrative Code and adhere to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission for the Public Health Providers - Charity Care Program Protocol from the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services. Policy amendment to become effective October 01, 2025.
