Authorizing the City Manager to donate a 2010 Freightliner ambulance from the Fire Department to the Municipality of Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico, pursuant to the agreement between the City of Laredo and the State of Nuevo León, Mexico. The vehicle will be donated “as is,” and the City of Laredo shall assume no liability for its use following transfer. The ambulance, formerly designated as Unit #267, has been fully depreciated and holds minimal or no monetary value.
