Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to amend the City of Laredo FY2025 General Fund Library Department by appropriating $10,000.00 in revenues and expenses for the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) Texas Reads Grant for an eight-week Toy Photography Workshop for youth during the 2026 Summer Reading Program. Grant will be allocated in the General Fund.
