Authorizing the City Manager to enter into and execute contracts between Intrado and the City of Laredo for Text to 9-1-1 Services and ECaTS, Management Information Systems (MIS) Analytics Services for the eight Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) throughout the South Texas Region, including Jim Hogg, Starr, Webb and Zapata Counties. These services will be purchased through the Houston Galveston Area Council of Governments (HGAC) Cooperative Purchasing Contract No. EC07-23 in the total amount of $84,571.57. Services will be provided for a one-year period. Funding is available in the 9-1-1 Regional Fund.
