Consideration to renew annual service contract FY24-088 with Rotex Truck Center, Laredo, Texas in an amount up $45,000.00 to provide safety inspection services for all Non-DOT and DOT fleet vehicles. This vendor will be authorized to do minor repairs and/or replace parts that may be required to meet the State of Texas Safety Inspection Standards. All minor repairs shall not exceed $125.00 for Non-DOT and $350.00 for DOT fleet vehicles. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one (1) year beginning as of the date of its execution. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This is the first of three one-year extension periods. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.
