Consideration to renew annual service contract FY24-086 to provide electric motor repair services with the following vendors: 1. RAMSA Electric of Laredo, Texas in an annual amount of up to $400,000.00; 2. Delta House Electric & Motor, of Freer, Texas in an annual amount of up to $375,000.00. Repairs are for motors with horsepower ratings ranging from 1/8 HP to 400 HP that are used in water and wastewater operations. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This is the first of three one-year extension periods. All services will be purchased on an as needed basis. Funding is available in the Waterworks and Sewer System Funds.
