Consideration for approval of Amendment No. 1, and increase in the amount of $263,165.38 to the professional services contract with Sepulveda Associates Architects, Inc., Laredo, Texas for El Metro Transit Center Building Enhancements Project, which will include final architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural services. Current contract amount with this amendment is $341,373.73. Funding is available in the 2019 Certificate of Obligation Bond.
