Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance, amending the City of Laredo Land Development Code Section 24.63, entitled “Permitted Land Uses”, to clarify that the Storage of Flammable and Explosive Products are allowed in M-2 zoning district and in M-1 zoning districts with a special use permit, providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative, providing for severability clause, and providing for publication and effective date.
