Consideration to renew contract FY22-085 to Anderson Columbia, Weslaco, TX for a total annual amount not to exceed $750,000.00 for the purchase of asphalt cold HMCL type B for Public Works and various City departments. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year. This is the third and last extension period. No price change in this last extension. Funding is available in the General Fund - Public Works Construction Budget and Capital Improvements Funds and in the respective department’s budgets.
