Authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order No. 1, a credit in the amount of ($40,000.00) for eliminating cathodic protection and increase of 67 working days to the contract time due to unforeseen underground and railroad permits from Southern Trenchless Solutions for the 36-inch Water Transmission Main from Jefferson Water Treatment Plant to Zacate Creek. With this change order the contract amount will decrease the contract to a total of $23,440,540.00 and 287 working days. Funding is available in the Waterworks Fund- 2022 Water Revenue Bond.
