An Ordinance amending Chapter 7, Article III, Section 7-40.C of the Code of Ordinances, updating the registration fee schedule as follows: Initial Implementation Year (Jan 1, 2025 -Jan. 1, 2026) -None Beginning Jan 2, 2026 all initial registrations - $300 Registration after 2 years of vacancy - $500 Registration after 3 years and beyond of vacancy - $750 Late Registration Fee $100
