Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance (Map) of the City of Laredo by authorizing the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit for an Auto Body Repair (Paint and Body Shop) on Lot 7 and Lot 8, Block 2084, Eastern Division, located at 1802 and 1804 Milk Street. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposed conditional use permit with the addition to include a condition of an expiration date of 3 years.
