1. Discussion with possible action to begin the process of amending the city's smoking ordinance to apply the same restrictions to Electronic Smoking Devices (ESDs) to the locations where cigarette smoking is already prohibited, effectively prohibiting the use of vaping and e-cigarettes in those same areas, similar to the ordinance recently passed by the City of San Antonio, and any other matters incident thereto.
