1. Discussion with possible action to strengthen through amendment the City of Laredo Code of Ethics to require officeholders and candidates to file Personal Financial Disclosure Reports and Campaign Finance Reports on a timely manner and establish protocols and procedures for failing to do so to include daily penalties and fines and/or removal of office or ineligibility to appear on the ballot; and any other matters incident thereto.
