3. Discussion and possible action on an update from the Utilities Department regarding the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency updated guidelines for lead and copper monitoring for public drinking water. The new guidelines are known as the Lead and Copper Rule Revision (LCRR), this guideline was published in December 2021, and any other matters incident thereto.
